Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

We accept payments via the following :

PayPal in USD for  International customers
PayUIndia in INR for all  Domestic transactions.

How long will delivery take?

Domestic Shipping:
For products in stock : 
It takes about 5 business days for delivery.

For products on order : We take about 14 business days to process the order and an additional 5 business days for delivery.

International Shipping:

For products in stock : It takes about 15-20 days for delivery.

For products on order : We take about 14 business days to process the order and an additional 15-20 business days for delivery.

Please allow 2-3 weeks for your order to be processed for shipping. We make every effort to fulfil orders as quickly as possible.

What is the Return policy?

RETURN & EXCHANGE

We take stringent measures to ensure that the items delivered to you are in perfect condition and do not accept any return requests. However, we’d be happy to offer an exchange.

How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

Our website is SSL certified.Your information is safe and the details will not shared with any third party.

What exactly happens after ordering?

For products in stock :
Once you have placed the order, you will receive a confirmation email and an email with the tracking details once it has been shipped.

For products on order :
Once you have placed the order, you will receive a confirmation email and an email with the tracking details once it has been shipped.

What about shipping?

We ship Mae all around the world. Shipping time and cost depends on your location.

What if I want to return the product?

We only accept returns if you received a damaged piece, please email us at [email protected] within 10 days of receiving the package and a real human with a great big heart will sort things out.

Any item returned must be in original condition with no signs of being worn or washed. Once we have received and inspected your return package, we will process your refund.

Your refund will be processed via the transaction payment mode within 48 hours after the goods are received from our end. Once initiated, your refund may take 5-7 days to reflect in your account depending on your bank. Unfortunately, we cannot refund any costs associated with original postage or handling. When returning an item please make sure that it is well packaged and posted with a tracking number, any damage to products during return shipping will not be Mae’s responsibility. We will not be responsible for any return shipping costs or any duty reimbursement in the case of international orders.

A note for international customers: Mae is not responsible for any customs duties or fees assessed to your order. All fees are the responsibility of the customer. 

Please note we will not be able to return any products made with custom measurements/ bought during a sale and masks, unless there is any damages.
 
If I return my order, will you refund shipping charges?
Mae will most definitely refund your order however unfortunately we cannot refund shipping fees. If you do wish to process your return, please note you will incur all costs related to the shipping of returning your goods.
